Can I collect my order in person?

Unfortunately orders cannot be collected from our warehouse.

What are the delivery options?

Will my order be in discreet packaging

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

Do I need to register to shop online?

Nope you don’t need to register to order online, you can checkout as a Guest.

However, we recommend creating an account so that you can view your previous orders and checkout more quickly next time.

I’ve forgotten my login details

Not to worry. Just click the ‘Lost your password?’ on the login page, enter your email address and we will send you a link to create a new password.

What payment methods can I use online?

You can use PayPal or pay with a Debit/Credit card via Stripe.

My payment been declined?

If your payment has been declined this could be down to a number or reasons, If you Contact Us we can try to resolve the issue.

What will it say on my statement?

All purchases will show on your bank/PayPal statement as ML Ltd.

How will know if my order has been received?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received an email after ordering please check your spam folders and if you still find you have not received the email please Contact Us.

Can I edit my order once confirmed?

Unfortunately as we dispatch our orders very quickly we are unable to amend them once they have been confirmed. However we are happy to exchange your items once you’ve received them, just simply follow the Returns procedure included on the delivery note.
